SGT Boxing is a boxing-based workout focusing on skill development and progression for all levels. Learn proper form and technique while developing your skills on the heavy bag and with pad work. This 4 week program starts on Monday, November 4th and continues every Monday for 4 weeks from 5:30pm – 6:30pm. $80 for members and class size is limited to 6 members. Sign up at the front desk.
