SGT BOXING focuses on traditional boxing drills combined with cardiovascular circuits for the ultimate workout. Work toward building up your strength and cardiovascular fitness in a small group setting while getting individualized attention from the instructor. There is a six (6) person class limit.
AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga

This class focuses on decompression and realignment of the spine, while
refreshing the body’s systems, and increase neuroplasticity of the brain.

An open level class designed for a full body burn and strength development utilizing kettlebells! Develop functional fitness while utilizing multiple muscle groups for a medium to high-intensity-ballistic workout. Progress at your own pace.
