Small Group Training Burn is back at MPHC!
SGT Burn focuses on bridging the gap between personal training and group exercise. Work toward building up your strength and cardiovascular fitness in a small group setting while getting individualized attention from the instructor. All programs are specialized to the groups fitness levels to ensure workouts are fun and effective.
- 4 Week program / 1 – 60 minute class per week.
- 6 person class limit.
- Price: $80 for the full program ($20 per session)
- Class Time: Thursdays – 8:15am – 9:15am
- Start Date: September 9th, 2021
