Small Group Training – Glutes and Core

The Small Group Training Glutes and Core 4 week program is starting on Friday, June 6th.  The program runs from 5:15pm – 6:15pm and is the perfect balance of toning, strength-training and cardio to build the ultimate lower body.  $80 for members and limited to 10 people per class.
