SGT Boxing


Mondays at 5:30PM
$20 /Members – $30 Non-members (per class)

A boxing-based workout focusing on skill development and progression for all levels. Learn proper form and technique while developing your skills on the heavy bag and with pad work.

SGT Glutes and Core


Fridays at 5:15pm
$80 for Members

This lower body and core-focused class is the perfect balance of toning, strength-training, and cardio to build the ultimate lower body. Learn how to perform variations of squats, deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts, and more to activate your entire lower half.  Limit 10 people per Class.

 

SGT Kettlebells


Saturday 12:00PM – 1:00PM
$20 /Members – $30 Non-members (per class)

An open level class designed for a full body burn and strength development utilizing kettlebells! Develop functional fitness while utilizing multiple muscle groups for a medium to high-intensity-ballistic workout. Progress at your own pace.

SGT Melt Method

Saturdays at 2:00pm

$80 for Members – Limit 12 per Class

The MELT Method is a simple self-treatment method, that is proven to reduce chronic pain by gentle techniques with a MELT Ball to increase fluid flow through the hands & feet to the whole body’s connective tissue reducing pain, stiffness, stress & tension.
