SGT Burn focuses on bridging the gap between personal training and group exercise. Work toward building up your strength and cardiovascular fitness in a small group setting while getting individualized attention from the instructor. All programs are specialized to the groups fitness levels to ensure workouts are fun and effective.
SGT BURN –
- 4 week program / 1 – 60 minute class per week
- 6 person class limit
- Price: $80 for the full program ($20 per session)
- Class Time: Mondays & Wednesdays: 8:15am – 9:15am
Saturdays: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
