Tai Chi Chuan Starts Sundays, June 1st

MPHC is now introducing courses in Tai Chi Chuan, starting Sundays, June 1st from 11:00am to 12pm.  Tai Chi Chuan is the art of conscious movement for health and well-being. It develops strength, balance and coordination helping athletes achieve their goals of greater speed, power and endurance.  This course is recommended for golfers and pickleball players to help prevent injuries.  The course will be held in the main studio.
