11 Jun: Juneteenth Modified Club Hours – Friday June19th, 2026

In observance of Juneteeth, Friday June 19th, 2026 the club hours will be 8:00am – 9:00pm. Climbing Gym:  12:00pm – 8:00pm Children’s Hours:  10:00am – 8:30pm Family Swim:  5:15pm – 8:00pm Normal hours of operation will resume on Saturday, June 20th.

08 Jun: Open House Wednesday June 10th

Join us for our Open House on Wednesday June 10th, 7am – 7pm, and take advantage of our free classes, hospitality snack table, chair massage demos and complimentary posture screenings along with injury prevention and recovery techniques.  From 9am – 11am.  Photo ID and signed waiver are required.  Classes offered…

08 Jun: A Celebration for DAD – 55 Minute Massage Special

Give Dad one of our relaxing massages … Father’s Day is Sunday, June 21st.  a 55 minute massage is $90 for the Basic and $95 for the Enhanced Basic Massage.

If you’re looking for a more structured workout, try practicing with MPHC’s early morning swim team. Not only is it used for competitive training, but also as a fitness regime. We will develop a training routine designed to fit your lifestyle, experience and physical abilities. Suitable for swimmers of all levels, the only course requirement is the capability to swim four lap lengths (100 yds).

Swim Club Coach Jim Diapola is a successful high school, college and top ten master swimmer. He has coached in California and Connecticut and leading the MPHC swim team for over a decade. In addition, he also books one on one sessions with members to improve their swimming technique, strength and endurance in the four basic competitive strokes.
