29 Apr: Spring Salsa Special Event! Friday May 17th, 5:30pm – 6:60pm

On Friday, May 17th, from 5:30pm tp 6:30pm, experience the vibrant energy of Salsa, a captivating Latin Rhythm that guides your body into graceful movement.  Master the fundamentals, as well as the learn to freestyle. Reservations will open on May 10th for this event.

29 Apr: Small Group Training – Boxing Starting May 6th

A boxing based workout focusing on skill development and progression for all levels.  Learn proper form and technique while developing your skills on the heavy bag with pad work.  The instructor is Diana Henriquez, boxing coach and personal trainer.  $80 for members, limit 6 people per class.

11 Apr: Join us for our Open House on Wednesday, April 17

Take advantage of our chair massage demos and complimentary body comp analysis. A photo ID and signed waiver are required.  Classes offered are based on availability. One guest per member.

If you’re looking for a more structured workout, try practicing with MPHC’s early morning swim team. Not only is it used for competitive training, but also as a fitness regime. We will develop a training routine designed to fit your lifestyle, experience and physical abilities. Suitable for swimmers of all levels, the only course requirement is the capability to swim four lap lengths (100 yds).

Swim Club Coach Jim Diapola is a successful high school, college and top ten master swimmer. He has coached in California and Connecticut and leading the MPHC swim team for over a decade. In addition, he also books one on one sessions with members to improve their swimming technique, strength and endurance in the four basic competitive strokes.
