On Monday, May 29th, our hours will be as follows. Club: 8:00am – 9:00pm. Climbing Gym: 12:00pm – 8:00pm. Children’s: 10:00am – 6:00pm. Family Swim: 11:00am – 3:00pm. Thank you.

25 May: Small Group Training – Boxing

To Register for this 4-week program, please e-mail our Fitness Director, agarcia@mphc.com. Let us know which day you wish to attend!  This 4 week program starts June 5th, and runs Mondays and Wednesdays, 5pm – 6pm.

Test your skills with some friendly competition in the our annual MPHC Triathlon!  It’s this Saturday, May 20th beginning at 8:00am.  Register today for FREE! Indoor Swim: 10 minutes Stationary Bike: 30 mintues Treadmill Run: 20 minutes Prizes to the winners!

28 Mar: Small Group Training – Kettlebell

Join our 4 week program starting April 8th, 2023.  This is an open level class designed for a full body burn and strength development utilizing Kettlebells. Saturdays 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm $80 for Members Limit 6 people per class Registration starts March 31st Sign up at the Front Desk

If you’re looking for a more structured workout, try practicing with MPHC’s early morning swim team. Not only is it used for competitive training, but also as a fitness regime. We will develop a training routine designed to fit your lifestyle, experience and physical abilities. Suitable for swimmers of all levels, the only course requirement is the capability to swim four lap lengths (100 yds).

Swim Club Coach Jim Diapola is a successful high school, college and top ten master swimmer. He has coached in California and Connecticut and leading the MPHC swim team for over a decade. In addition, he also books one on one sessions with members to improve their swimming technique, strength and endurance in the four basic competitive strokes.
