Thanksgiving Eve, November 23rd:  6:00am – 6:00pm Thanksgiving Day, November 24th:  Closed Friday, November 25th:  8:00am – 9:00pm  

11 Oct: Join us for our October Open House on Wednesday, October 19th.

Join us for our Open House on Wednesday, October 19th.  It starts at 7:00am and ends at 7:00pm.  Take advantage of our massage chair demos and classes including; pilates, yoga and HIIT.  A photo and signed waiver are required.  The classes offered are based on availability.  One guest per member.

22 Aug: Join Us for Outdoor Movie Night

Outdoor Movie Night will be held on the Sundeck on Friday, August 26th starting at 8:30 pm. Join us! Beverages and Snacks will be service. We are showing Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

01 Aug: Join Us for our Sundeck Barbeque, Saturday August 6, 12 noon – 3pm.

Join Us for our Sundeck Barbeque on Saturday August 6th from 12 noon to 3pm.  Food service will be from Noon until 2pm, and we will be serving beer and hard seltzers.  There will be music, shuffleboard and more, and the event is free for members and their guests.

If you’re looking for a more structured workout, try practicing with MPHC’s early morning swim team. Not only is it used for competitive training, but also as a fitness regime. We will develop a training routine designed to fit your lifestyle, experience and physical abilities. Suitable for swimmers of all levels, the only course requirement is the capability to swim four lap lengths (100 yds).

Swim Club Coach Jim Diapola is a successful high school, college and top ten master swimmer. He has coached in California and Connecticut and leading the MPHC swim team for over a decade. In addition, he also books one on one sessions with members to improve their swimming technique, strength and endurance in the four basic competitive strokes.
