04 Dec: Join us – Holiday Party on December 18th!

Join us on Thursday, December 18th for our Holiday Party in the MPHC lobby starting at 5pm until 8pm.  We will have cocktails, appetizers, music and enjoy socializing with other MPHC members.  The party is free to all members, and standard guest fees will apply.

If you’re looking for a more structured workout, try practicing with MPHC’s early morning swim team. Not only is it used for competitive training, but also as a fitness regime. We will develop a training routine designed to fit your lifestyle, experience and physical abilities. Suitable for swimmers of all levels, the only course requirement is the capability to swim four lap lengths (100 yds).

Swim Club Coach Jim Diapola is a successful high school, college and top ten master swimmer. He has coached in California and Connecticut and leading the MPHC swim team for over a decade. In addition, he also books one on one sessions with members to improve their swimming technique, strength and endurance in the four basic competitive strokes.
