If you’re looking for a more structured workout, try practicing with MPHC’s early morning swim team. Not only is it used for competitive training, but also as a fitness regime. Suitable for swimmers of all levels, the only course requirement is the capability to swim four lap lengths (100 yds).

Swim Club Coach Jim Diapola is a successful high school, college and top ten master swimmer. He has coached in California and Connecticut and leading the MPHC swim team for over a decade. In addition, he also books one on one sessions with members to improve their swimming technique, strength and endurance in the four basic competitive strokes.
