SGT Boxing Pad Work begins Thursday, October 5th and continues for 4 weeks. This class welcomes boxers of all levels for boxing based power, with an emphasis on mitt work. The class also involves some strength and conditioning work. Registration begins on September 28th.
MPHC is starting it’s 4 week Small Group Training in Self Defense on September 6ht, 2023. This class will focus on mindset, situational awareness, as well as understanding techniques, movement and remaining calm in tense situations to de-escalate and get away. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Starting at 8:00am on Saturday, April 30th, 2022 on the Plaza level. Events include an indoor swim, stationary bike and treadmill run. The participant fee is $15 for members and $25 for non-members. Prizes include $100 for first place, $50 for second place in both the men and woman’s categories.
